the waist is not stretchable, thus, you can tie the sash how you want it to be. :) 

oohh yes, the chiffon sash is included as well :) you can always use a smaller plain cincher too!

the good thing about this is, the upper part is long enough :D petites can tuck in more whereas the higher ones will not look weird. :)
